Seeing Water With New Eyes

Join us for this special Water Exploration Workshop

Jennifer Greene

Strawtown Studio is hosting world renown water scientist and educator Jennifer Greene, Director, the Water Research Institute of Blue Hill Maine.

Jennifer will be passing through the area and we are most fortunate that she is able to offer this workshop to our community.

Join as we take a Goethean approach to observing the natural world, where nature, art and science intersect.

Jennifer Greene and her insightful work, affiliated with the work of Theodor Schwenk, and the Institute for Flow Science in Germany, has been a leading inspiration for Strawtown’s water work for 20 years.

We will open our eyes and senses to the remarkable hidden properties of water.

Discover the deeper correlations between healthy water and health life forms.

“I had fewer difficulties in discovering the motion of the heavenly bodies, despite their incredible distances, than I did in investigating the motion of flowing water, something that takes place right before our eyes.”

– Galileo Galilei ( 1563-1642), from book  Understanding Water: Developments from the Work of Theodor Schwenk, Andreas Wilkens and Michael Jacobi

The Workshop was held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Strawtown at Marydell.
