Spring 2025 Newsletter
Here in the northeast we are experiencing the back-and-forth dance of freezing and thawing, and marveling at the continual changes in our landscapes this time of year. Many people think winter in the north is a time for the earth to sleep, however we have learned a different perspective from our biodynamic agriculture studies; the earth below is most active in winter, being full of water that is being remineralized, and in spring the water will carry the minerals back up into trees and plants.
